Cleat Cover & Halyard Cover

Cast aluminum stainless steel hinge pins and six tumbler lock. Unit is attached by special cleat screws (included) through the cleat, also included. - For added protection, the halyard channel locates the lowest exposed section of halyard to 5’ above the cleat cover. Upper bracket attaches with two flush fitting stainless steel allen head fasteners (included). Unit is locked in position by the cleat cover.
