The Challenge

The three internal 25 foot flagpoles have been there for over twenty years. The winches, which allow the flag go up and down, had not been functioning for quite some time. Anytime Gregory Washington, the Maintenance Supervisor, had to replace, lower or raise the flags, it was a very difficult and time consuming task.

The Solution

Gene Thompson and Eric Thomas of Conder Flag replaced the old winches with a new winch. They also added new cables, new arrangements, and new snaphooks. The US, NC and Hilton logo flags were also replaced with new flags. The Hilton management staff is very pleased with both the look and the ease of maintaining these visible flag poles.
