Gaining momentum from planning and construction to grand opening is critical to new retail ventures in a new city. Tin Roof Bar was seeking a unique method to promote its new store in Charlotte’s EpiCentre complex while construction was on-going. Conder Flag said “Simple enough… we’ll just cover the storefront!”. This would give them maximum impact to pedestrian traffic, provide a construction barrier and promote Tin Roof as the next hot spot at the EpiCentre.
With some careful planning and execution, the Conder team did just that! Conder designed an eclectic banner that reflects the unique environment for the new bar and restaurant. The 275 sq. ft.storefront was covered with a durable, yet temporary vinyl banner that integrated seamlessly with the architectural glass storefront. They even provide for the doors to operate freely without disturbing the graphic appearance of the eclectic graphic treatment that the Tin Roof is known for… Another creative solution to maximize a customer’s need for visibility and promotion as they ramped up toward the opening date.
